Built specifically to help job developers who support people with a disability, MyJobMatch helps you find, match, and secure more job opportunities!
Custom features include:
- A matching database that evaluates the skills and interests of the people you support against keywords an employer is looking for.
- When a person you support is unsure of their skills or interests, you can work with them explore positions that are located close to home based on a matching system.
- More access to opportunities through the MyJobMatch public job listings.
With MyJobMatch you spend less time on administrative tasks and more hands-on time enabling the success of those you support.
Collaborating Options
There are two ways in which social services agencies can participate in the MyJobMatch Community:
MyJobMatch Program Provider
Agencies that currently deliver an ODSP or SSM-funded employment support services program are encouraged to join our community as a Program Provider. Program Provider agencies:

Support both job seekers (employment support services) and employers (job development). MyJobMatch takes a team approach to job development, so all staff are well supported in job development activities.

Deliver MyJobMatch job placement services to job seekers referred by other social service agencies within geographic boundaries.
MyJobMatch Affiliate
Agencies that currently offer services to people with disabilities through programs not funded by ODSP or SSM are encouraged to join our community as an Affiliate. Affiliate agencies:

Give their clients access to MyJobMatch job placement services through our online client portal.

Provide their existing services to new clients within their catchment area, referred by the MyJobMatch program.
